We are capable of urban lighting masterplan, architectural lighting and any lighting projects for landscape, event space, commercial space and residence. We also accept any designing phases (Research, Concept, Schematic design, Design development, Site supervision and Adjustment) to integrate in your project.
We provide lighting consultation service intended for individual architects, house builders or makers, in addition to owners of residence or commercial space. This service only covers our professional advice with rough sketches or comments for your original lighting ideas. Despite no drawing provided, you can take cost advantage over paying for full package of lighting design service.
We would be glad to hear any offers in terms of seminar/talk/writing related to lighting design. We support interior coordinators or architects to efficiently access updated information on lighting industry and worldwide design trends, and take a lighting planning training, in addition to lighting assessments and feedback for their completed project. We are also able to suggest small lighting workshop for children. Any inquiries are welcome.
1. RESEARCH / INTERVIEW
First of all, we conduct an interview with regard to your plan outline and request on lighting to discuss how we can participate and effectively play a role in your project. We then confirm the area of designing, phase and design fee to make a contract.
2. CONCEPT
On the basis of the interview and research, we make a lighting design concept through the discussion made, sharing of ideas with sketches, perspective drawings and reference images, in order to clarify the direction of design.
3. SCHEMATIC DESIGN
We propose appropriate fixtures and lighting method to achieve the shared design concept. The schematic design generally includes fixture layout, cut sheets, visual images and cost estimation with price list as our lighting design proposal for your project, considering the best lighting effect with good cost-performance.
4. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We make an arrangement to implement the lighting design plan, considering the detail for installation, confirming the lighting effect with mock-up material and rearranging the layout and cost in case of site condition issues. If required, we also arrange a discussion along with a contractor and manufacturers/suppliers to deliberately examine installation methods.
5. SITE SUPERVISION / ADJUSTMENT
To successfully achieve proposed lighting plan on site, we thoroughly check and approve shop drawings and alternatively proposed fixtures by a supplier, supervise the site and tackle unexpected site issues. After the entire installation, we commit to properly positioning the lights and setting up lighting control based on business operation to achieve a profound finish.
